Wrestling Boys

Last night, like most, we ask the boys what they want to do. And like most nights they want to wrestle. They seem to have an "order" they go through as well with wrestling with Dad. With Christian on his hands and knees the boys run back and forth across the room trying to run by him without being caught, tickled and pinned. Once in a while both are captured and can't stop "tickling each other" (of course with their hands still attached to Christian's. For some reason this is hilarious to me. :) ) Then near the end of their "wrestling" they like to run at full speed across the dining room and into the front room leaping right at Christian at the last second TRUSTING that Dad is going to catch them. All of this is very "normal." Last night Jaden decided he wanted to do something that wasn't "normal," and out of the blue decided to lower his head right into Daddy's. They head butted so hard. The sound was so loud. Jaden couldn't stop laughing. Christian was in shock. I tried to calmly, without too much laughing tell him that without a helmet that was kind of dangerous. Oh boy. Maybe he'll be better at football than I thought. We'll have to get a video of this "wrestling" at some point as well. Gotta love a house of boys!
