Beckam 18 months

18 months!? Are you kidding me?  I asked Beckam if he could stand for an 18 month picture for me.  He stood, not looking too happy, but he did it.  I told him the picture was a bit blurry and I wanted to take it again...
NO?  Ok.  Happy 18 months anyway! :)
Beckam we loved you!  You are full of life and energy and we couldn't imagine our family without you!
Look how high Daddy can throw you!(He catches you too!:))
You are still very content most of the time and you like to "pose" for the camera.
You LOVE to color!
You're my little buddy while brothers are at school all day.  We make running errands fun! :)
When I took one off you wanted it right back on!  You loved the masks.  So I tried on a couple! :)
We came out to get the mail one day and there was a cat enjoying our porch!  You didn't want to go back inside the house.  You seem to LOVE animals.
\
I just can't get over how blonde your hair is and your cute teethy smile is to die for!
You love being outside, especially with your brothers playing with a ball!
I'm glad they can wear you out!  They sure love you too!
Beckam is no longer in the underweight category on the growth chart.  The avocados must be working! :) He's almost 22 lbs and was 32 inches tall. I seriously can't believe he's already 18 months!  He did GREAT his first day of nursery!  He loves being around other kids, so I didn't expect anything different, but was glad to see him really have a great time!  Don't grow up too fast little buddy!

Last Soccer Post

We've taken a lot of pictures throughout the soccer season.  The boys sure have loved it all.  They've both improved so much in such a short amount of time.  I'm so proud of each of them.  Here, Kyler is getting some one on one time with Daddy!  He LOVES this!
His form for a 4 year old is so amazing!   Ok, scratch that.  His form is just amazing! Period!
Not very often, but once in a while he got his chance at goalie.  Not his forte, glad the coach at least had him do it a little bit.
Nice tree!  Oh wait, that's Kyler going for a goal!
Here's a close up!  Again, great form.  And yes, he made that goal! He scored 9 that game!
Bring it in Kansas City!

Right after his game we headed to a team party at Fuzzy's pizza.

What a group.
Coach had his little "assistant coaches" help hand out the trophies.
Kyler's first trophy!  He's so proud!
That little boy is in heaven.  Trophy, pizza, soccer buddies...life couldn't be much better!
Kyler wanted to get his picture with Olivia.  I told him his trophy was covering his face and I wanted another picture.
So he put it in front of her! :)  His first crush!
Great team.  Way to go Kyler!
Since I went straight from the game to Kyler's team party I had to miss Jaden's last game! :(  Which I was told he had 2 of his bet shots the whole season.  Way to go Jaden!  We have LOVED your team and your coaches.  Way to go Dallas!  The only undefeated team this season!
It's probably due to the awesome pep talks after each game! :)
Funny enough his team too decided to have a pizza party at Fuzzy's the next Tuesday.  Jaden is at the end with his buddies.
They all lined up so excitedly to get their trophies!

!st trophy Jaden! Way to go!
I'm gonna miss watching these boys all play each week.  At least I kept some numbers!  Hopefully we can keep in touch so the boys can hang out once in a while.

Playing at the Park

I love that we can still play at the park in shorts and tanks in November!  My boys still love playing outside, so I guess it's a good thing we live in a climate we can do this more often! :)  Beckam was loving the frisbee on this particular occasion.
Jaden was trying to climb up the swingset.
Kyler found some friends to play tag with.
And who doesn't love the swings?!
There are so many park all around.  This is the one that's just by Jaden's school.  Only about 1 mile from our house!  I'm sure we'll be enjoying more parks for quite some time to come.  Supposedly this is how the weather stays until about April! :) Loving it all!

My Birthday! I'm 31!

Christian actually kept an amazing secret and after getting the boys into bed after soccer Tuesday night (the night before my birthday) I was in the kitchen cleaning up and there was a pounding on the door!  My girlfriends were there to kidnap me and take me to ice cream!  Thanks babe for coordinating it!  I seriously was so surprised.  I love you ladies! (Natalie, Mandy, Erin, Aubrey, Kelly and Carrie)
Wednesday, my friend Natalie took me to lunch for my birthday!  Seriously amazing food and it was so much fun to be out!  Beckam ate so well, and other than squishing a giant cockroach that I had to flick off of Becakam's arm as it was crawling up his body....lunch was perfect! :)  Maybe next time we won't sit outside! :)
Christian tried to make it home from school a bit earlier than normal to have dessert before dinner! :)  He make home-made ice-cream cake.  A chocolate cookie on the bottom, some ice cream and then magic shell to finish it up.  Very creative and yummy idea!
He made us each one!
The boys were very helpful in blowing out my candles. (see Kyler?)
We dropped the kids off at Natalie's and headed out.  We walked around at the Arboretum!  It was so beautiful.  It would be fun to do again with the boys during the daytime.  But even at night it was so neat to feel like we were off in the mountains hiking.  What a neat place.

It got too dark to see any turtles or fish or anything in the pond, but still very serene and pretty.  The only downside of the small hike was that the map we'd been looking at on our phone was up-side-down!  I mean, who puts the South facing up on the key?  Needless to say, we were on the exact opposite end we were supposed to be on when it closed.  Kinda scary and frustrating, but we got out alive, then headed to Alexander the Great for dinner.
It was more than great!  What an amazing Greek Restaurant.  Best Gyro Platter EVER!  Yes, I was cheating on Fadi's.  But hey, it's my birthday! :) Christian even got me some books.  I've read one of them.  But he got me the next 2 in the series.  Thank you book club in Provo for getting me to read a bit.  I loved the first book.  Can't wait to devour the others.

Christian was so thoughtful to get those.  Love you babe.  What a wonderful birthday!
