First Grade

Jaden started school last Tuesday.

He's been a 1st grader for a whole week now!  I couldn't find my camera after coming back from Park City, so luckily I had some friends at the bus stop with theirs.

Here are some of Jaden's 1st grader friends at the bus stop.

A couple more showed up.  Misha wasn't there, otherwise she would have been the only girl :)  Joey was at the other bus stop.  But here are some of Jaden's buddies : Bennett, Cohen, Cyrus, Lance, Benjamin, and Noah.

Even though this is a picture of Cohen, I still like Jaden in it.  What a handsome guy.  He was so excited to go to school all day and to eat lunch at school!

There goes another school bus.  And here's the line up.

After coming home, he said his favorite part of 1st grade is playing on the spider playground.  I guess I'll have to go check that out to see what he's talking about.  He loves school and is already doing great.
Apparently we need to enunciate our words better.  I thought that was pretty cute though.(monkey)  And he only missed 1 on the math pre-test.  I guess our summer "homework" paid off!

This year is going to fly by!  I know it!  Good luck Jadey babe!  Sure love you!

Jaden lost his 1st tooth!

Jaden came home last weekend from California with a loose tooth!  He was so excited about wiggling it.  Sunday morning he came into our room with a tooth in his hand!  Guess that didn't take long at all!  Way to loose your first tooth before 1st grade Jaden!

He's so proud!
(Amazing photos from Brian while they were here last weekend)

Park City

Monday we headed up to Park City for one more day of fun before all the craziness of school starts.  Eric and Nat are so awesome to treat us to such a fun day.  Thanks guys!
After we got a little bit of school shopping done, thanks again guys, we went for a ride on the Alpine Slide!

There's Grandpa, Eric, Maddix and Nat.  Oma stayed at the bottom to watch Beckam and Emery.
Pick you car!  Oh....they are all the same!
What a GORGEOUS area.  I think it looks like Kyler is about to sneeze! :)
Christian rode on the slide next to Jaden and got a couple of shots.  I was on the other side riding with Kyler.

What a fun treat!  My boys could do that all day long!  Wish it didn't take so long to get to the top.  I guess we are now ready for school.  Bring it on!

Bagley Family Reunion

Saturday after swimming in the morning we headed up to Murray to my cousins gym, EPIC Gymnastics for the Bagley family reunion.  They let the kids just play on the equipment for 2 hours before lunch.  Everyone seemed to have a blast!

Kyler is such a little monkey!

And Jaden is so strong!  Check this out.  We didn't get it on video but he did 2 in a row!
Beckam with his Aunt Mindy.
More with Aunt Annette!

The boys spent most of their time running up the wall.

Jaden really wanted to get to the top of the blue mat.  A couple more hours and he probably could have figured it out.  He's so determined.
They also loved running and jumping up onto the vault.

I decided to get in on the action as well.  I have been able to tumble a little bit in between having each baby.  But usually I have to do it at the park.  So I figured this was my chance to do it on something a bit better than grass.
Not the greatest form, but I was pretty proud of myself for still being able to do a round-off-back-handspring after all these years.  Thank goodness for a reunion at a gym to get me to do it.

The Boys are Back in Town!

The boys got home Friday evening!  We had a BBQ up at Kinkades to see Great Grandma and Great Grandpa as well on their way back to California through Utah.  They were so excited that Tyler had a swimming pool and wanted to show us everything they learned at swimming lessons for 2 weeks in California.  They sure got good!  They love the water.  So it didn't take much convincing to have them go swimming again in the morning at the hotel my parents were staying at near our house.
This was Beckam's first time swimming too!

Annette loved throwing the boys and they loved it even more!

Dad was doing so good too.  His shoulder is healing up so well from his surgery.  Beckam loved swimming with grandpa.
The boys just can't get enough of their Aunt Annette!

Our camera says it's waterproof and can take action shots in the water, so I thought we should finally try that.

Jaden really enjoyed getting a piggy back ride under water too.

I guess the lens got a splash on it I didn't see.  At least you can still see that Jaden was having a great time.
Aunt Annette swimming underwater.
After we were done swimming we headed back to our house to get ready for the reunion.  So glad Oma was able to do swimming lessons with the boys while they were in California.

What do you do?

So, what do you do when you are used to having 2 other boys and a husband around and they leave?  How about a sleepover!!!  While the boys were in California, and Christian was in Texas, my friend Kari came up into town for a bit to head up to Logan for a family reunion.  So she and Cruise stayed the night.  These 2 are only 2 days apart!

Gosh we have cute kids! :)
Cruise hadn't ever tried a BUMBO before so we made sure to check it out.

I think he really liked the new view!
We put the camera on the coffee table and try and get a picture of all 4 of us.  This was as good as we could do.

It was fun having them here, even if it was for just 12 hours.
Also, while the boys were gone Beckam learned where his toes were and LOVES to hold them all the time now.
The house was SO quiet with just me and Beckam.  It was SO nice to be able to pick daddy up at the airport and have him home!  He enjoyed his conference in San Antonio, but was so glad to be home!
Since the boys were still gone we decided to take advantage of the alone time and Christian took me to Malawi's pizza.  SO yummy!  It was so nice to get out for a date too.  Check out those handsome boys!
