Now that soccer is done, the boys have basketball practice once a week and a game on Saturdays. At the first practice you could tell them some had never even touched a basketball before. They worked a lot on bounce passes and chest passes.
All of it was pretty simple for Jaden, but he was a good sport about it and touched up on his skills.
Having both of their practices at the same time is kind of nice. Unlike soccer where we sat for 2 hours!
Kyler actually makes quite a few shots. Maybe this'll be HIS favorite sport. Who knows, but for now at least they are both having fun!

Daddy was able to make it to the first game! Beckam was happy sitting on a ball watching the whole time!

Beckam found a friend and just sat by her, peeking over her shoulder all of Jaden's second game.
In this particular game Jaden and his buddy Brooks scored all the points. Jaden had 7 shots and Brooks 3. It was tied 20-20 with only a couple minutes left. Jaden was able to make one more point and the other team just couldn't get the ball in! Way to go Celtics! When I showed Jaden this picture he said he looked funny and asked why his hair was so dark. I told him it was something that sometimes happens to people with blonde hair when their hair gets wet. Yes, he was that sweaty! I've never seen him play so hard in my life. You could tell he was enjoying himself out on the court!
Home for lunch and a couple hours later Kyler had his second game. Kyler scored 2 and his team also won!
He wanted a picture like Jaden saying Pacers were number 1!
This should keep us busy until the middle of March. Thank goodness for boys and their fun sports!

i love this post too! espeically of Beckam peeking over that little girls shoulder!! he's quite the character:) and your boys are so good at sports! can't wait for taelin to start soon:)
