Playing at Emily's

Since Emily came to our place the week before, we went to their place this time.  I texted her early in the morning wondering if she wanted us to still come to play, since it was pouring in Houston!  Crazy how weather can be so different just 30 minutes away.  

Even though we had to wait almost an hour (as the kids just watched) for the pool to be cleaned it was so worth the wait!  They all had so much fun!  This was such a neat pool.  Kyler and Jaden had fun sticking their diving sticks into these little holes and then letting them go!  They'd pretend they shot out so hard (AKA they would throw them out) then have to go dive for them.

Beckam was obsessed with chopping at the fountains.

Eventually though, the chopping got old and he decided he wanted a drink.

Silly kid.  You'd think he'd learned his lesson... :)

What a goof.

Jaden has become such a confident swimmer and was swimming everywhere!  The kids were all trying to have him chase them!

We took our picnic lunch inside and ate and played.  Beckam found the doll and stroller.

Should I be worried?

The storm was obviously moving west!  We drove through the craziness on the way back to sunny Houston!

Jaden couldn't believe how big this car was that passed us. "Whoa!  Look at how huge those tires are!"  It really was actually pretty intimidating!

On the way out the kids thought this building was cool.  "Looks like it has a crown up on top, like a kings castle building."
