Spirit Week

Jaden really wanted to get into spirit week at school this week.  Monday was crazy hair day.  There's not much you can do with such a short hair cut, so we decided to put some Halloween paint color in his hair. He wanted it red.

Also, the school gave all the kids a pumpkin to decorate over the weekend for a contest.  Jaden wanted to make his look like an angry bird.  So I drew it on and told him what colors to paint, but he did the painting!  It turned out pretty good I thought.  (Jaden is doing his Angry Bird face in the picture too! )  He was worried after I read the note they sent home about the pumpkins, that they couldn't have any weapons.  He said..."but mine is a bomb.  I don't want to get in trouble."  He makes me laugh.

 Kyler of course wanted to participate in the crazy hair day too.  So we spiked his and did it blue!

Other days this week include pajama day, BLUE or RED, crazy sock day and school colors.  Jaden wore my toe socks and WON for his class that day!  Way to have school spirit boys!
